No hidden fees. We’re always upfront about cost. If artwork needs adjustments, artwork fees may start around $25+. For embroidery, there is a one-time digitizing fee starting at $35+. Other factors can affect pricing depending on the job, but we’ll communicate that clearly before moving forward.
Our standard turnaround is 1–2 weeks from the point your order is fully finalized — meaning artwork is approved, items are selected, and the invoice or deposit is paid. Need it sooner? We offer rush options, typically with a 40% upcharge depending on the service involved. Let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Yes, we do. Before anything goes into production, we get approval from you first. Keep in mind mockups are digital previews and may not perfectly match real-life print sizing, but they give you a solid idea of how everything will look before we move forward.
